Trophies:  1^st 3^rd place trophies will be given for each class and special award for "Best of Show"

*All vehicles must checkin between 8a.m. until 12p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2007

*Check-in is at the south entrance of fiesta gardens west parking lot.

*Pre-registration fees are due when application is submitted. Make cashiers check payable to Fiestas Patrias of    

  Austin. Checks will not be accepted.

*To be considered for participation in the Show-off Yur Ride Ese the following must be signed.

*Two passes to event per vehicle entry. Other participants in vehicle will be subject to admission price.

*No ice chests allowed.

*Careless, reckless driving or unnecessary noise by entrants is prohibited.

*All signs and displays will be presented in good taste. Obscene or suggestive artwork will not be allowed.

*Vehicles will not be allowed to leave until the conclusion of the show.

*Please abide by the rules listed and rules to follow. Failure to abide may result in expulsion and disqualification.

Judging:

 A score card from 1-10 will be made for each class of entrants. Classes will be combined if not enough entries in each class. There will be three judges for this competition. At the conclusion of the judging session all score cards will be tallied to determine winner in each class. The entrant with the most points in each class will be declared the winner along with the 2^nd and 3^rd place winners. Should there be a tie the three judges will then vote on a winner. The entrant who receives two out of three votes will be declared the winner.  

     Vendor/Participant releases Fiestas Patrias of Austin, Inc. from any and all claims of vendor/participant arising from participation in the event known as "Fiestas Patrias Diez y Seis de Septiembre".    

     In the exchange for the right to participate in this event, Vendor/Participant hereby waives releases, and discharges any and all claims for injuries to person, including death, or to personal property that Vendor/Participant may incur as a result of vendor/participants participation in this event. This release discharges Fiestas Patrias of Austin, Inc. and all other municipality or other public entity and their respective agents and employees ("Others") associated with this event, from and against any and all liability arising out of negligence or carelessness on the part of Fiestas Patrias of Austin, Inc. or others.

     Vendor/Participant understands and acknowledges that a serious accident can occur during activities such as this event. Knowing such risks; Vendor/Participant hereby assumes all those risks of injury to persons, including death, or damage to property related to the Event and Releases and Holds Harmless from liability Fiestas Patrias of Austin, Inc. and others for any such injury whether such injury arises from Fiestas Patrias of Austin, Inc. or Others negligence or carelessness.

     Further Vendor/Participant hereby grants full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event.

     Vendor/Participant agrees that this Waiver and Release shall be binding on Vendors/Participants personal representatives, heirs, assigns, and next of kin.

     Vendor/Participant has carefully read and understands the foregoing Waiver and Release and signs this document as Vendor/Participants own free act of will.
